We offer three levels of inclusions in our single storey home designs. Our Base inclusion package is positioned towards investors, delivering premium base-level inclusions at an affordable price. Our Designer package is most suited for first home buyers and includes our designer kitchen with $60,000 of bonus inclusions. Our highest specification is our Luxury home design package that comes with up to $80,000 worth of inclusions including a luxury kitchen, scullery, luxury laundry with stone benchtops, overhead cupboards and so much more.
All of our two storey home designs feature Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning, concrete slab to upper and lower floors, stone benchtops and European designed fittings and fixtures throughout. Our 2 storey homes also have the option to upgrade to a Luxury package that offers up to $80,000 of bonus inclusions.
