$2000 Deposit
- Preliminary Agreement Fee:
The $2000 deposit represents a preliminary agreement fee required upon signing the sales agreement to undertake sketching and estimating services. This fee is an essential part of the commencement of the building process.
- Non-Refundable:
The 2000 deposit is non-refundable. Once paid, the amount will not be refunded, regardless of whether the transaction proceeds or is cancelled.
- Application of Deposit:
The 2000 deposit will be deducted from the final lump sum contract. This means that the amount will be applied towards the total payment due under the final contract, reducing the overall amount payable at the time of finalization.
